Form Entries allow you to store and manage all form submissions directly in your WordPress admin area. Instead of only receiving email notifications, you can view, manage, and export all form submissions in one centralized location.
Collect submissions

Step 1: Access Module Settings
- Go to WordPress Admin → Lean Forms → Modules
- Find the “Form Entries” module in the list
- Click the toggle switch to enable the module
Step 2: Verify Activation
- The module status should show as “Enabled”
- You’ll see a green checkmark indicating it’s active
Access collected information
- Go to WordPress Admin → Lean Forms → Entries
- You’ll see a comprehensive dashboard with all your form submissions

Entry Management Features
View All Entries
- Table View: See all entries in a clean, organized table
- Search: Use the search bar to find specific entries
- Filter: Filter by status (New, Read, Spam) or specific forms
- Sort: Click column headers to sort by date, status, etc.
Entry Details
Click on any entry to view:
- Form Data: All submitted field values
- Submission Info: Date, time, IP address
- Status: New, Read, or Spam
- Form Source: Which form was submitted
Status Management
- Mark as Read: Change status from “New” to “Read”
- Mark as Spam: Flag suspicious submissions
- Bulk Actions: Select multiple entries for bulk operations
Export Functionality
- CSV Export: Download entries as spreadsheet files
- Filtered Export: Export only specific entries based on filters
- Form-specific Export: Export entries from a particular form
